I have to price for a bathroom floor, I haven't measured it yet but it's 4 to 5 metres I would say, nothing fancy shape wise. Price to board it with nmp, lay ufh loose wire, level, uncouple, tile with travertine 600x400 approx. Brick bond Labour only price. £600 I'm thinking- Flintstone
