That is an option Mark, yes, but you MUST prime prior to levelling.

Well that's a question we have asked and are waiting a response on Mark.

I'm not going to generalise Mark as this is such a delicate system when all said and done, so check with the manufacturer that it meets the requirements.
Not all primers are suitable.

This isn't the first one I've seen fail. This is the 3rd. Thankfully I've not come across this wundafull stuff.

I haven't seen one in the flesh but i would be very very careful about tiling over this sort of system or any other retro fitted wet ufh for that Matter

In the main Andy there's a fairly standard way of dealing with them now, it's taken a while, but most agree now.
Manufacturers and adhesive companies.
And I say that with trepidation tbh, cos the goal posts get moved a lot.
