Ive a small porch to price up. Tiles are 300mm x 300mm and 10mm thickness. Whats the best way to cut ?

Wet saw or manual cutter?

Obviously depends on the machine you've got, but if its got a half decent motor and a good blade you should be ok. Make sure to use plenty of water and don't force it, let the disk do the work.

The base im tiling onto is concrete its dry and level. Will a flexible floor adhesive be sound to use if i prime it first?

Prime with a acrylic or sbr primer and use a standard adhesive not need for flexi as it's concrete ensure the adhesive is grey to ensure no staining of the slate, then seal with an appropriate slate sealer or intensifier.

Sounds good to me. Be sure to back butter each piece and you shouldn't have any problems. The slab is definitely dry? No ufh?
