I've got the pls 180g, very nice laser

The best laser on the market would probably be the Hilti PM 2-Lg, which have a pendulum lock and better battery time, followed up by the Leica L2g+, which looks awesome!

There are also some green beam multi liners out there, but they're quite expensive. And beware of battery time

Looks good value now at around £180 - does it do everything you need - like setting up for wall and floor tiling? Do you use it to make sure battens are level for example or not use them and start from the ground up?

Use it for pretty much anything to do with layout etc.

I agree. I've had this laser for a few years now. Perfect for steam rooms with curves and vaulted ceilings as well as everyday use.
