Grouting problem - Tile Advice

I used a work man on a job to lay kitchen floor tiles
The grouting is very messy and needs cleaning up what is the best way to do that?

It is quite sloppy job. I suggest you buy a tiling schrub to fix the issue. spray the chemical and wait for few mins then schrub. It will take time but will definitely work.
