Hooray at last my kitchen is fitted and I can T*I*L*E to my heart's content dans le cuisine!!!

I'll start at worktop level and work up - my fitter has put a bead of silicone around the edge that the tiles will hide.

Should the tiles sit flush to the worktop or should I insert a spacer between the worktop and the tile above it? If not flush then why not?

I heard yesterday that Dow Corning is a great sealant. Do you agree and will it stay mould free? xx
