Harry when you get delivery of your machine and you Localtiler if you go for one read the setup instructions carefully and pay particular attention to the distance adjustment between the handle and the rail while you have a tile loaded in the dock, that height adjustment with different thicknesses of tiles is critical :)

can some one give me some info, I need a new cutter soon and I know you all bum sigma cutters, having watched videos on YouTube, the main 4,points I can see that I'm not sure on are, scoring towards yourself, having to flip down the arm to break the tile, can't see the point of contact between blade and tile, no box!
Rubi doesnt have any of those problems!

Stick with Rubi then...o_O

After 600mm the design just doesn't work.
That's why they beef everything up with multiple bars etc.
Sigma design works every time. My 3em will cut and break 1200mm x 12mm porcelain planks all day.
The Rubi I hired from Porcelanosa years ago for the first time I fixed these - well it nearly put me off tiling for life.
