One thing I noticed...the grinder seems to get very dusty ....should I be cleaning or oiling it in any way.....other than giving it a good brush down..

I've never cleaned my grinder once I think there a sealed unit anyway. Have you been using the wet sponge ?

Stick with it for A bit exclusively and see how you feel in a few weeks, get your bench set up so it's comfortable to work at. Use the wet sponge on the blade and the cut will be infinitely cleaner and all round nicer

Ok ....will try the wet sponge...
When cutting an L shape is there a trick to getting the last bit out in the corner..?
