Sigma 7f @LEE MAC looks good ?
It’s not for me Andy, I’ve got one and I prefer the stability of the Art6. If you had the two of them beside each other on trial then you’d know exactly what I mean. I don’t see the point in the Art7, it’s too narrow justify the extra 20mm in cutting length, less stability with square tiles of that size which in general are more likely to be around 300x300.

Blunt Tool

Used the little montolit today in a 200x100mm tiled kitchen, it was brilliant! Doesn’t take up much room, light as a feather and cut sublime! Even took 10mm off tile lengths clean. 8F4A1371-BD29-418C-BB11-DABA4C6B7A5E.jpeg
