trowels
A trowel is a small hand tool used for digging, applying, smoothing, or moving small amounts of viscous or particulate material. Common varieties include the masonry trowel, garden trowel, and float trowel.
A power trowel is a much larger gasoline or electrically powered walk-behind device with rotating paddles used to finish concrete floors.

Does anyone use the Karl Dahm Medi and Maxi ? Would you recommend it ? Also is it rustproof ? From what i've read you'd only need them 2 for any wall and floor ?
Im signing up for a tiling course soon and just having a look aroung on tool supply sites. What are u shaped trowels and square shaped trowels used for, does one really do much of a different job from the other?
I've seen lots of left handed tiling trowels about, are there really that many left handed tilers about? Plus, do they actually feel different to a right handed one?
