evening, all before i start out on my own tiling i need to know what are the most popular size knotched trowels to use i will only be doing walls not floors just yet,will i be allright with rubi 6mm and rubi 10mm thanks guys merry christmas:huh2: :hurray:

Basically in a nutshell...

4mm for mosaics

6mm for standard wall tiles

10mm for floor tiles

Depends upon size and thickess of tile and state of walls.
Fekins statements are more or less ok. But this can only be used as a guide.

Yep, a guide is all it is meant to be, as there is simply far too many different types of tile to list all possibilities of depth you would really need for every type out there, but as a general rule I think it holds up.
