Clips ? Have they used them , but if they did, using clips won’t fail a floor,The clips they have used might not be helping.

Floor was laytexed and the blue stuff is liquid dpmGet Pictures of the whole area, but it looks like no back buttering and most have had dabs but under to level them.
Was the floor levelled 1st, what is the substrate ? Is the blue stuff prime grip ?
It's shocking isn't it and they argued with me that they were lates to British standards of tiling.... hence all the hollow sounding they wouldn't have it.and with this I saw everything ....
I thought I had already seen everything,
instead no.
Didn’t have my specs on this morning, didn’t see the clips.Looks like Vitrex lash clips, in my experience of them they tend to lift the tile off the adhesive if not pushing down as you wedge them.
Useless things really.
They are not having the option to correct it for the third time.. I am having a qualified tiler come to do it and not my insurance bodge job merchantsIt is a complete utter bodge job. The silicone repair is just beyond belief!
This highlights the danger that comes with clips/lash systems, in that a decent "looking" job can be achieved quite easily.
But like beauty - tiling is much more than just skin deep.
I doubt they are capable of fixing their own mess.
House was flooded in May 2018. This is there approved repairist and there 2nd time of laying the tiles badlyKeep the updates coming .
So it’s already been through insurance recovery?
