If 6mm thick then uncoupling membrane, otherwise shouldn't need uncoupling, but u can afford it then I would as its an extra insurance.
Make sure you put movement joints in

Expansion joint will follow through from the subfloor. If you have none then movement joints across doorways, round perimeter and across large runs of 8mt or 40m2 area
