What is the differences between the series? I am also now a Sigma fan after having used a 'pull to score' 900 on my last couple of jobs.

I have several jobs that are small porcelain and so want to give a smaller Sigma a go.... I was looking at the Series 2G on Trade tiler as it seems a perfect size but is the 2 series an older model or something? In other words what does the 'series' title mean?
