Help needed... Tiler error needs fixing

.....the tile at the bottom rhs of the socket has been snapped........and full tile on the front of the window sill could have been possible.

Yeah, not really ideal, is it?

He turned up today and said he was going to try and stain it. I said definitely not and made him remove and replace. I’m thinking a stain for brand new week old grout is a bit of a shortcut.

Trim should of been mitred aswell.
