How Health and Safety conscious are you at work ..?

It varies, obviously there are risks and there are risks, I won't do anything too risky life's too short.

Do you take in customer safety when laying dustsheets etc..?

I am always over cautious in other people's homes. Dust sheets are always taped or weighted down as are cables. The only person who seems to trip over is me!

Yep if and when I'm on a domestic job I always make them aware of the sheets, you try and get them down right but during the course of the day they shift with foot traffic, where you going with this mate, you getting shares in roll and stroll?

Lol on commercial jobs it's the other trades you have to watch out for, in every sense, some people just can't grasp the concept of safety how they end up on sites is beyond me.

I tell them 'DON'T trip over the dust sheet'......... if they do its there own fault...:lol:

Acutely conscious but practically sensible. I usually take the "don't do any stupid and you'll generally be ok" attitude...
