Hi,

I have had a bathroom and en-suite reconfigured as well as all new floor and wall tiles. I have also had a new en-suite fitted from scratch.

I agreed to provide all the materials and then my bathroom fitter wanted to charge me for the cost of materials.

I can post before and after pictures, my issues are as follows and I would like to be reasonable.

1) Cost of pipework, new pipework running into soil pipes. My other bathroom fitter says it does not cost that much.

2) Tile fitting issues include:-
a) uneven tile spaces
b) Lippage
c) uneven floor
d) rough edges on tiles
e) hole made in my brickwork not using core drill
f) uneven /missing grout and decorators caulk
g) amount of tiles used
h) the radiators have pipes coming out of one square showing plastic as opposed to two circular holes.

I can attach pictures.

I forgot to mention, damaged shower board, shower fitted to high so wouldn’t fit so I had to buy new tiles, lost parts including lever for waste at the back of Grohe tap as well as screws for Mira shower.

3-4 week job took 3 months.
