Victorian house equals (as Andy suggested), metros on the walls (white with maybe a black border somewhere. The metros should be non beveled. Floor will have to be black and white checkerboard. Jazz it up a bit with some shiny chrome trim.

My house is Victorian with all period features and I’m looking at doing our bathroom this year, bottle green 6x6 tiles with large profiled boarder

Like this green. I did this wet room in a Victorian mansion in 2012.....fireplace wasn't cleaned up & painted when I took the tiling & final fit pictures. Tile choices weren't mine by the way!!!
