Ok so I do eat white fish
No u don't do egg with fish! That's just wrong! Haha
And NO not in batter Julian, lightly dusted in bread crumb, but I'm happy with just plain white fish.
When I'm training I consume vast amounts of white fish and tuna!
I find it a lot easier to digest than copious amounts of chicken or turkey!

......and yes a very few rustic skin on chips,
You know about rustic don't you Andy, coming from Birdlip!

I was Andy, gave up 2.5 yrs ago when I moved, lost my home gym and been trying to build a new one since, just not getting very far haha
