Hi,

I am looking for views on a decision that I have to make.....

We have a split concrete/floorboard area. For our Travertine floor should we use Hardy backer board OR Ply (width?).

Oh, and just to confuse things does the new concrete area (extension) need some kind of thermal board.

TOTALLY confused so would welcome your opinion.

what about, hardie on the wood, insulation board on concrete and ditra/durabase over it all?
