I've a 270m floor next month, one big open room with super flat anhydrite floor. Going to try and compete in 3 days, 2 of us.I bet you would want per m2 price if you were doing 100+ a day, Mark!
You have to factor in the specialist cutting and handling tools, and who takes responsibility for breakages etcYes they are bookmatched tiles. I'm doing it on my standard day rate for the plumber who's job it is as I fancied the challenge . They had a quote from the installer recommended by porcelanosa and it was over £12k for 3 bathrooms just for the tiling . I realise that's silly money but equally I can see as a specialist tile fit there is money to be made so wondered what people considered a fair price for future reference. I know there's a lot of variables so just looking for guidance. Ie would it be twice the fitting cost of standard porcelain tiles or less or more etc
