my tx 700 is nearing the end of it's working life and it's been an awesome cutter, but curiousity has got the better of me and I'll be ordering a sigma before too long. What I will say is that don't restrict yourself to a 600mm cutter, get a 700 at least
Hi again just to make this even more of a choice what do you guys reckon to montolit cutters??
Look at the MAX range Bri. push forwards and has a powerful breaker. 1200kg. Leaves a lovely clean cut right the way through.
Gamma I would say Sigma pal. They cut pretty much everything you want them to and last an aternity. wheels will last over a year and there only a few pounds to replace when they go. Good luck
Cheers for the advice guys. A sigma will be coming my way I think.
Quick search on the interweb found a sigma 3bm for £220 from thetilingemporium.co.uk. Which to me sounds like a pretty good deal for a top cutter. Know of anywhere with a better price?? Cash now burning a hole in my pocket now my mind has been made up.
Great choice pal, great price too I think.
I got mine about a year ago for 230 delivered and that was best price by a long shot at the time
they have a delivery charge of £30! better to look at toolventure for a good deal.
Aylesbury isn't that far from me, and i'm often working over that direction. Maybe Monday I could nip over there I think.
I think it's tool venture I got my deal from actually
If i also remember correctly they don't hold any stock in the UK. I know they dont have a account with Sigma. I could be wrong about the stock but not the account. I know a few people who have asked about cutters from them but no joy.
It might be tool venture then, just had a look at there site. I can't be doing with people that advertise things they don't really stock. Toolventure say next day delivery as well. Can't ask much more that that really.
Yeah, they sorted me out. next day i think and it's with you.
