Hi need advice please. About to install 600 x 600 porcelain 12mm thick on walls in a bathroom. What would be the best size trowel to use. Should I go for solid bed .? Cheers

If the walls are flat then a 10mm ragni with back skimming to the tile, if the walls are all over the place then a tiger trowel and still back skim.

definitely go for 5 blobs rather than 4.
That middle blob makes all the difference!

Great advice for a novice to read in jest or otherwise ! Without the smilies it could be taken as correct. Dot and dab and a fairly loose mix of adhesive. Confused?

How it is written and read are hardly ever the same.
Nothing funny about tiles dropping off a wall !
