Some might say, who?, but this rock and roller inspired a boatload of todays stars. Aged 69 he was often described as , experimental, definitely a character though RIP

Yeah, I remember him. He was on the Old Grey Whistle Test a few times....really gravelly voice and I remember slide guitars ...I like slide guitar
