Anyone else having probs wearing these hole cutters out... they just cut hole after hole and no sign of wearing them out yet..

Also just to point out , i have no affiliation with ATS or get any freebies... just pointing out a bloody good product and makes a change for something to do what it says on the tin...

I have tried a few makes now and these are the only ones that seem to last..

Some of mine have done 30+ holes, I even used one dry the other day coz I was being lazy, still didn't die!

I use them dry on ceramics and softer stones and wet with porcs etc but they just refuse to die lol lol ... Not that I am complaining though :)

Bought a load off Alan last September and have been doing a few holes a week since. Should get til Christmas out of them. Easily over 100 holes in mostly porcelain.

They are great drills, I've got a 120mm which I haven't tried yet. I lent one of the smaller ones to a plumber on site, he did 24 holes dry through some ceramics then plasterboard and didn't stop until the ply at the back started burning, it was still like new!

Where do you get the ats cutters from ?
The best hole cutters ive used are the rubi foragres range which i got from tradetiler
Im still using a 28mm cutter which is used nearly every day and i bought it years ago and there is still life in it yet
They may be pricey but are more than worth it for a bore size you use frequently...
