Please be aware this is a specialist job, "I just need someone to come and fit them on my wall" isn't the phrase you should be using.

Of course. Hence why I asked whether I needed a specialist tiler. What I meant by that is the person/company that will come to the job will only need to fit the tile to the wall (and what that entails) rather than cutting them as well.

With respect Mandy, unless an experienced large format installer has surveyed your project, I personally, would be very cautious of your retailers assessment.
The fact the skirting is remaining, is a help, this will need to be removed.
I'm unable to find a format size of 2.5 x 1.5, do you have a link to your product please?

Ah ok. I appreciate your advice. I have just spoken to the retailer who has assured me that my wall is suitable for these tiles. However you are right in the sense that I should have somebody come in to survey this project.

Who should I go to assess my wall? A structural engineer?

The tiles were originally 3m x 1.5m but I have had them cut down to size to fit the wall between the Suspended Ceiling and skirting.

The tiles are very similar to these-

Ahh sorry the picture I provided was just to give an idea of what tiles I was on about.

It's not the exact picture of what I have ordered. Please see the picture attached of my tiles. Mine are the Glacier 300 x 150 x 0.6.

The tile installer, and only him.
No one else is suitable, one or two exceptions apply.
Is this work part of a remodelling project, or have all works been completed?
Is this wall been specifically prepared to accept the tiles or is just an existing painted wall?

You mention cut outs, I can't see any on the template, where are they please, and how many?
Do you know the exact dimensions of your space and the exact dimensions to which your pieces are being cut to?

Retailers are only too keen to sell so they tend to be quick to assure customers that everything is ok. Once the tiles are delivered, their interest tends to wane a little!
I'd also suggest getting a confirmed specialist in asap to check conditions.
Marc, if he's available or gary.
