How are you feeling Doug, hows your recovery going?
If you’ve updated your thread, I apologise, I’ve not seen it as yet, work is pretty full on at the moment.
feeling ok thanks mate, a couple of the physio exercises are painful though so if I bang a couple of painkillers an hour or so beforehand I can manage them

I always get up early mate, but maybe napping through the day isn't such a good idea. Gonna attempt taking the dogs out today, only problem is that I trained them to walk on my left hand side and that;s the side I've had my op on so holding lead may be a problem, but only 100 yards until I get to field and let them off so shouldn't be so bad.
