see what you're saying but the osb off cuts were lying around as were fixings. Had to buy the castors and they were knocked up in literally 5 mins. they're very robust and take more weight than i need them toCareful of using nylon wheels (hard white

Ultimately, you get what you pay for. The Raimondi dollies aren't cheap, but they are crazy-strong. Think of the time it takes to go get osb, then castors, then the fixings, then make the thing... You'd be better off working a couple more hours and buying the Raimondi.
