Hi new poster and need some help pls..

Ive got a property rented out in west London with 2 bathrooms; 1st is small shower room and WC, 2nd is a medium bathroom.

Both are fully tiled in 60 40 honed polished travertine, walls and floors. They were tiles about 2 years ago.

Problems are;

1) In both bathrooms, tiler didnt completely clean all the grout residue off the tiles so there are what look like sponge streaks where grout residue was loosened a bit during the poor attempt at cleaning, but probably not properly washed off. Then I think a small amount of sealer was applied, not sure which brand.

I am thinking a clean with a nano scrub, wash down, and re-seal ??

2) The shower room - mouldy sealant between shower tray and tiles - extractor fan did break for a month which is now mended but looks like grout needs to be removed and replaced.

3) Big kitchen has about 30 sq m of nicely laid 60cm 60cm ceramic tiles (Kronos Creamstone satin) which are dirty and have been marked by general traffic - black marks in places maybe rubber ?!, so this all needs to be cleaned, but how and with what products ?!

Any help on this project greatly appreciated

cheers

Hello and welcome...

LTP grimex and a white scotch pad will clean those tiles up and also good for rubber marks on tiles.....

If the cleaner and scotch pad doesn't work, then think about a mild abrasive cleaner but you have to be careful with the them being polished....if at all unsure ,then do call in a specialist company.
