Has anyone put these down? There the big boys - 80 x 80. I have a 50sqm inside/outside job that a customer wants to use these for. About 35sqm inside and 15sqm patio.

The problem is that the reviews on Topps tiles talk about the fact that TT say they don't need a sealer, but without one they're a nightmare to clean.
The different sizes have different reviews, and all talk about this except the 80 x 80 (only has 1 review, so don't know if that means they're OK...)

Anyone have any experiences with this tile?

Use bal pre grout wax . It's a temporary sealer and I think it may be exclusive to topps

Good call - but I'm more concerned about the long-term issue with the tile marking really easily. Should I just put some Mattstone Sealer on at the end and not worry about it?
