Hi everyone,

I have an area of 125m2 that I need tiling. The floor surface is screed, as I have had underfloor heating fitted a couple of months ago. The area is a total of 3 rooms, and on the whole it is a very large open area.

The property is in the midlands.

The tiles I am looking to fit will be 800x800 Porcelain.

How much should I be paying roughly for this job? I will he supply tiles, and can also supply all other material if needed.
