I've had a lovely day. Released a bird that I've had recuperating since I got it out of a pool skimmer on the 21st of August.
Left the keys to a clients house with her friend ( who's also a client ) and told her we won't be looking after her house anymore ( we've been doing it for 8 years ) after she sent an email pretty much accusing us of letting someone stay in the house when she's not here. Also, said friend wanted the keys a month or so ago to "check the house" but it turns out it was to let a builder in to quote for repairing the jacuzzi surround. As it happens they could have asked me to let him in because I know him. Best of all is he's taken all the rotten wood away and welded a lovely galvanized steel frame up and screwed decking to it, with lovely steel screws that'll rust in no time, cut ends of box section resting on the terrace just waiting to bleed rusty streaks and absolutely no way of accessing the pumps!
I love karma..

One of these birdy birds... 20170822_165812.jpg 20170821_181918.jpg

It had most of the feathers missing from it's left wing so I had to wait until those had grown back. Cost me a fortune in mealworms!

I got sacked:tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:. The client who let the bodger builder into her friends house phoned my wife this morning and asked for her final invoice because "it's just not working out anymore"
Well it wasn't working for me either having waited 2 months to be paid.
Goodbye..
