Hi all,

Anyone doing slate jobs on site at the mo?, or have done recently, and what rate were you getting per m2? It's riven 10mm 450mmx300mm.

Hi ken , whats size area are you doing , is it calbrated as it will count in pricing , £37-£45m2 labour addy grout and sealer

Commercial work,am guessing the client is supplying all materials,so your price is labour only?

Are you doing the work as a subbie or as the main tiling contractor?

just did 40m2 of slate in a pub we just did it on a day rate £150 a day

Thanks for replies guys, its around 600m2 doesn't say whether it's calibrated, but according to the drawings, it looks as though it should be calibrated, as the grout joints are wanted accurate.

Judging by your replies, it's of a similar price to domestic jobs that I charge anyway then.

I would be subbing to a main contractor
