Hi I bought this cutter around 6 months ago for a job that had meter long tiles. I used it for the 11 bathrooms in the property and now I'm finished I'm selling for something smaller. I still have the invoice and there is 6 months warrenty on it. It's in excellent condition as its only been on one job since bought. It comes with the extra side extension table and laser attachment which are seperate me u have to purchase . I live in the Midlands/ Derbyshire
