Remove cooling liquid for natural stone

Unfortunately my van start loosing liquid on this stone.Any special product can be used for remove this?

I thought it looked more like oil?

I'm not sure about Lithofin equivalent but LOT spot stain remover and fullers earth may work....

Once I used the sand and it worked.
It was chips oil.
But it depends on how long it has been deposited.
