I'm with Pete Ablard. When you work hard you stay warm. Only time I get frozen is protracted working outdoors, usually getting a soaking from wet cutting or finishing natural stone. And a heater ain't much help outdoors. Save your cash and buy a manly piece of equipment, like a multi drill, or a bolster and chisel.
