Does anyone no who does Profiling wheel for 15mm stone to make a bullnose. It's to fit a dewalt cutter.

Assuming here you want a Half Bullnose?
We do an R10 150mm wheel that fits the Dewalt - Protilers did a testing thread on it on here:-

If you need a full R15 half bullnose then we do this which fits on a speed variable grinder or polishing machine:-
