30m2 of floors, onto concrete.
Conservatory ,17m2, rip up kardean , dining room 13m2, rip up carpet(it flows though so one room really)
Prime floors, lay insulation boards/eufh in Conny and boards in dining room,slc all way to bring up to level and tile using plank tiles.
Everything supplied by me apart from tiles .
He told me today (after a text off me a week after I emailed him) I was way over his other price .
Not arsed just wondered what everyone else's coatings would be.
Me ,labour £1200
Electrician £200
Materials £1500
So £2900
(Materials were at cost from supplier)

I have a sparks that would only charge me £80+materials

I would be about 200 cheaper than you on labour but I would allow myself 6 days and look to do it in 5.

So that said I'd be around £2600-2700

my leccy said £150 as he aint seen the job so i banged £50 on just incase
I put £100 on top of materials as well for any extra addy and/or slc.
