whats the difference between premium and commercial grade cappucino marble tiles?

Premium grade of any tile will be the cream of the crop. Commercial grade of any tile will be the bulk of the crop. So to speak.

the colouring and the markings of the of the cappucino marble determines whether it gets classed as premium or commercial.
bit like a good pedigree dog and a cross breed.

Commercial grade may have fissures, pits, and discoloration while premium is nearly flawless, solid, and consistantly colored for the stone type.
