i changed to new bath and have gap all way around. the tiles were mamaris grey tiles from wickes over 10 years ago, no longer sold anywhere .Any ideas what i can do to edge around bath 4 inch gap ( tiles or self adhesive tile ? pvc ?)

Why can’t the new bath be lifted up to the tiles?

You really should of raised the bath to suit the tiles all you can do now is find a similar tile to make repairs grey is very popular so you should be able to find a match , the other option is to strip it and re tile I wouldn't fit plastic unless your prepared to do all the walls around the bath.
