About to price 170m 1500x750 10mm porc on anhydrate screed, big areas.
Initial laitenance removed, will use Kerakol primer and bio addy.
Also about 100m of 300x300 in smaller rooms.
The job is in one of the most expensive roads in one of the most expensive areas of south bucks, and is for a customer who owns a very large commercial construction company, so knows his stuff and will expect top rate finish.
Got a number or two in mind, and expect to make proper money from it.
Your thoughts?

Have a site meeting with the rep and get a written spec from your adhesive supplier covering uncoupling/exspansion and commissioning etc and follow it to the letter.
