is everyone busy or quiet,very quiet here at the moment

I've picked up really nicely after a slow start to the year, beginning of June is my first available slot now. Hope things pick up round your way. There was a post for a tiler required in Bangor either yesterday or this morning, have you looked at that?

In general I think from what I can tell, it's picking up well for certain area's. But inevitably there are plenty of areas with more tilers than customers, and lots of customers doing DIY even.

im doing ok , just got back form newbury 5 mins ago worked all weekend 27 m2 terracotta and 34 m2 quarry tiles and 30 lin skirting tiles ,

It's that busy I don't think I will be able to take another holiday till the beginning of May.
Even thought about working Mondays and collecting the pension early on Wednesday to get an extra hour:smilewinkgrin:
Mind you I don't need a lot to keep us busy and in Coffee money.

Very quiet here not sure why as the year actually started off great but has since died.

the last 6 months have been the worst ever for me,even thought about advertising,been in the building game 25 years or more and never advertised,only seem to get the tricky or the stuff that my plumbers and builders havent got the right equipment for at the moment,so new contacts are welcome lol.

Really good at the moment got jobs booked into july having to work weekends to keep everyone happy ,long may it last
