Hi there, I wonder if you can help. I have some porcelain tiles and I believe there is a little movement which means that the grout is cracked and has come out - see pics. (I've tried three tilers and always had bad outcomes). So now the floor always looks dirty and I'm also extremely worried about moisture getting beneath the tiles.

The grout used was Mapei Jasmine but I wondered if there was a product I could use that could be more flexible and not crack again? Is there anything I could mix the Jasmine grout with that can take movement? I'm loathed to pay someone else to fix a tiler's bad work as have a new baby so cannot take the disruption or cost.

- Will sanded caulk work and does it come in Jasmine?

Please help!!

Marie.

Sadly it is the movement in the floor that has caused the issues. It is possible the grout could have been mixed or applied incorrectly but the movement is the likely culprit. Ideally the floor needs taking up and strengthening to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Thanks Plain Tec - I was hoping that wouldn't be the answer!
