Newbie here so apologies if it's a bit long, trying to get as much info across.
Living in Cyprus, have added a second story to a bungalow, basically a free standing steel construction on top. We have a 7m x 1m long balcony that ends with an extra 4x4m corner. Two weeks ago 1 x 1 m tiles were installed. The balcony is insulated then finished with OSB and covered with 2 layers of a thick waterproof membrane (it's brick red, name escapes me). We then painted on 2 layers of a primer (blue with grit) to ensure tile adhesive would stick. We did this ourselves and the tiler said it was all ok, my partner more or less building the whole place, capable person. They came, installed the tiles, grouted with Mapei grout. The job looked pretty good, hurray!
Came the rain and suddenly we noticed that the grout was discoloured in some areas (looking wet) and when we walked to the edge of the balcony, it was squidgy and water came through edges (see video). The only logical explanation to us is that the water is seeping in via the grout or edges. The tiler taking no blame, says his work is good. We're not really interested in blame, more interested in resolving the issue!
Please see video, it will make everything quite clear. How to resolve this issue? Someone locally suggested using pool grout to be completely waterproof, advisable or not? Thank you for any input!

You may not want to hear this, but you need to lift a tile and see whats going on underneath. Could be a few reasons as to why its moving.
