I have just ripped out an old en suite inc shower cubicle for a full referb. House is about 15yrs old.
The tanking in the shower consisted of green and yellow insulation tape!! All the way around. I did look a nice colour though!

Just out of interest, how had it all faired after 15 years?. If it was all okay, perhaps we are all wasting our time and money!.

Spent half a day replacing rotten and soggy plasterboard. Stud wall in cubicle had 4! Layers of plasterboard onto the frame. Bodge job all round.
