Error 403 . No permission.

I am getting regular Error 403 no permission page .?

Are there any issues that are causing this.?

yep getting the same takes me 3/4 attempts just to post a reply...

Delete cookies and it will work again, but you will need to reset password again

I have deleted cookies and cache etc etc .. works for a while then Error page again.

I can reply to some threads but not all.

I'm still on Internet Explorer and get kicked off regularly....same as it's the only site I get problems.
