I worked with Bert & May encasustics last year and just followed their installation instructions. They all had to be washed and left to dry out before installing. Easy to cut as theyre not hard, I just used a grinder so they didnt stain. They really soak up the Impregnator lol. They had to be left to completely dry out for 5 days before sealing. I used 1mm grout joints and grouted with Mapei KeracolourSF grout.

I fitted some in a entrance porch late year 20 mm thick , another fad tile over priced crap in my opinion ,

This was last year, followed advice from threads on here.
Didn't water dip them before fix though, but did leave days to dry out after washing and fix to make sure no water left.

Good Morning Julian,

marvellous install, did you have to do any extra wall prep for these ? I know they are heavy and wondered what you were hanging them off.

Is there a re seal regime to follow as these will get very wet !!
