Hello all I am new here so I hope that I can post this here. I am a tile contractor in Denver c.o. I have a job coming up involving setting a double herring bone backsplash. It's a three wall kitchen and two of the walls are already done with double herring bone pattern. In the first corner who ever set this did not mirror it but continued the pattern while turning the corner, it looks good like a proper installation. My job is to finish tiling the third right wall and I have to continue the double herring bone around the corner just like the other guy did on the first corner. I don't have much experience with herring bone, so my question is where do I start tiling? Do I center the wall and start tiling in the center or do I start tiling in the corner and if so how do I make sure it looks continuous and not mirrored?how do I figure out the size of the first tiles on the corner? Unfortunately I do not and can not get any pictures until the first day of the job next Monday. Please help, anything will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all, Mike.
