[High Peak Tiling]

Started pulling tiles off knowing the existing wall will have to be ripped out and replaced. But didn't expect 25mm chipboard battened off the wall 3 inch!

5 years. The customers have only owned the house for 4 1/2 years and the previous owner had workers in doing work for it to be sold.

Ha ha yes, they were sat on top of the old tiles. So as you can imagine, they were just stuck on top..
