Ive installed ditra to a small ensuite. Using ardex af200 to bond
Now I've read to much regarding adhesive and I'm after a little advice
My old man has a couple of bags mapei super flexible powdered tile adhesive that he has left over am I OK to use this.

Yup. It's an s1 rather than s2. You'll be fine with that.
